Jeff was a breath of fresh air in today's world. The last person to replace my air handler blower motor made it extremely difficult to utilize the warranty as it was less than 5 years old. Jeff spent countless hours of his own time to ensure I did not have to pay for the replacement and went above and beyond to do this. He has earned a customer for life. Most companies these days would tell me I'm out of luck, but Jeff did everything to make it right for me. 10/10 recommend

Of course the AC goes out on a Saturday morning. I did some searching and Backs was the only place out of six companies I looked at that was open. I called and they picked up. He was on another job but said he would come over on his lunch break! They let me know when he was in route and going to arrive. He did a complete inspection, then showed and explained to me what was going on and what needed repairs. He ran an estimate and we discussed options and he took time to fix it and get it up and running. I highly recommend Backs. I didn't feel pressured to spend more money than was necessary to get it repaired, he did what he said he would do and although busy- took the time to fix it properly. He was professional, took time to explain things and I felt like he was honest and knew what he was doing. I will be doing business with them again.

Jeff answered the phone, no answering machine, listened to our concerns & scheduled service convenient for us on the same day. He updated us on arrival time & a message came when he was enroute. He checked our unit thoroughly, providing information along the way. Upon completion he gave us realistic advice relative to the age of our unit, didn't suggest or push unnecessary service or sale. He spent time answering ALL our questions & charged a fair price for his service. He had Great reviews & we can add our own complete satisfaction!

I previously paid for a winter check up and completely forgotten about it. They were honest and very nice contacting me about it. We got it set up and they let me know of an issue they recommend addressing. They took care of it quickly and worked with my schedule. Turns out the issue was worse than we thought. It was hit by a tree and parts came loose that weren't visibly loose. They really helped out catching the issue before it became so much worse.
